A military headquarters conducts covert experiments, resulting in the development of superhumans such as Ervin. Upon the military base's tragic explosion, Ervin is left to begin his new life amongst ordinary people while also undertaking various missions to support himself financially.
This story is a sequel to "Shiritsu Kiwamemichi Koko" manga, and it focuses on Tora's journey to establish himself as the most infamous gang leader in Japan. Along the way, he meets Gakubo Masa, the leader of the Gokumasa family, whom he highly admires, and he decides to join the family on their wild adventures.
