Essentially, the storyline is about Sergeant Maritan, a Drill Instructor from the U.S. Marines, and her daily routine. However, it is revealed that she is secretly a Princess from the Magical Kingdom of Paris Island, which has a treaty with the United States of America. Under the watchful eye of Lieutenant Commander Navy-tan, Maritan often harshly trains new recruits. Towards the end of the story, GA-tan, a bespectacled character from the Self Defence Forces, makes an appearance.

While Hiroshi is quite perplexed and content with his new life, one individual, namely Kushinada Nemura, who is a member of the class committee, keeps a certain distance from him. In their infrequent meetings, she offers him a cautionary suggestion: "Avoid the old streets."
The central theme of this brief tale revolves around Ryuken, who is Kenshiro's teacher, and his foster siblings. The narrative investigates the procedure involved in electing the succeeding Hokuto Shinken, and the incidents that accompany it.

Created by Go Nagai for the American market, this manga spans 58 pages, boasts full-color illustrations, English text, and left-to-right formatting. Its inspiration draws in part from Gulliver's Travels.
