The central character in the story is Takayuki, the brother of Udou from Gosan no Heart. Will Takayuki finally come to terms with his unrequited love, or will they both find a happy resolution?
During her journey as a novice manga artist, Haru stumbles upon a coffee shop surrounded by enigma. This establishment only opens during the late hours of the night and is managed by a vampire who is assisted by a wolfman. Driven by curiosity, Haru visits the shop repeatedly to hear the proprietor's chronicles, hoping to find inspiration for her manga. Subaru Kashino meets Kei Natsume, a member of the library committee, at a rural high school sports training camp. Intrigued by Kei's frequent visits to the library, Subaru develops a fascination for him. He has an intense dream about Kei, which leaves him feeling sexually charged. As Subaru prepares to return to Tokyo, Kei proposes they keep in touch through letters, instead of phone calls.
