Despite the secretive nature of magic and the witches who practice it, Coco, a simple dressmaker's daughter, has always harbored a fascination with spellcasting. An unexpected opportunity presents itself when she spies on the skilled witch Qifrey, and discovers that the magic she had read about in her favorite picture book was, in fact, real.
