The people of Ente Isla are living in constant fear and darkness. Notorious Demon Lord Satan has declared war on humanity in his quest for global domination. But when Emilia, a brave hero, puts a stop to his conquest, Satan and his devoted general, Alciel, retreat to Earth. In a bid to regain his power and authority, Satan faces the challenge of existing in a world devoid of significant magic. Despite this, he assumes a human persona and lands a job at a fast-food restaurant while Alciel searches for a way to restore their strength. As Satan grows ever more determined to conquer both Earth and Ente Isla, he surprises himself by climbing the corporate ladder as a full-time employee. Alas, his designs are once again thwarted by Emilia, who swears to vanquish him once and for all.
