Himawari is a comedic manga that chronicles Akiko Higashimura's actual experiences. The school says it cannot give him a grade. So, he puts his art on a street wall. Some people stop and look at it. A girl cries. An old couple smiles. The young man learns something. He asks, “Who decides what art is?”
