Although it seems too good to be true given its low price, this deluxe rental property is connected to a perilous dungeon in another realm. In spite of the looming danger, Touru eagerly signs the lease with the hopes of transforming from a high school dropout to a triumphant adventurer. During his inaugural quest, he fortuitously rescues a stranded knight, Ria. Upon returning her to Earth, Ria mistakenly ascribes Touru with magical powers due to his aptitude for conjuring running water. Touru must now balance his aspirations of becoming a hero while cohabiting with an enchanting girl from another dimension.
